Artist's Comments
After seven weeks of work, here is the finished set.
All hand fabricated. The pieces are made of copper, half of them silverplated. I put felt under each of them, so they won't scratch the board. White on the silver and black on the copper ones. The board is made of copper and stainless steel (the steels surface had the pattern on it, called pigskin) clued on a piece of MDF-board. The board is 42x42 cm and highest pieces are around 7 cm.
